We are inviting applications for a motivated and forward-thinking Physiotherapist to join our Inpatient team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to enhance their clinical and managerial skills within a supportive and dynamic environment. This role rotates every 8 months, using a request system allowing staff to tailor their clinical experience. 

Rotations include-

• ITU/ Surgery
• Respiratory/ MADU
• Cardiology
• Acute Medicine
• Stroke
• Neuro Outliers
• Neuro Outpatients

The successful candidate will benefit from strong mentorship under the guidance of experienced Band 7 professionals and will have access to career progression opportunities. We foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and CPD, ensuring that our team members are equipped with the latest knowledge and best practices.

As a senior member of the team, you will be involved in the supervision, education, and appraisal of physiotherapists, support staff, and students. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead and participate in relevant service development initiatives.

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

• Deliver a high-quality physiotherapy service by assessing and treating patients with complex presentations.
• Supervise and mentor newly qualified physiotherapists, technicians, assistants, and students while contributing to the education of multidisciplinary team (MDT) staff.
• Engage in continuous professional development (CPD) and actively participate in departmental activities.
• Take part in the weekend and on-call service as required.
• Weekend working commitments will be determined based on service demands and rotational requirements
