We are growing our Estates Team in Carlisle, Cumbria and are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join us!
As our successful candidate you will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team based within the Estates Department of NTW Solutions, based at the Carleton Clinic in Carlisle.

We are holding some Open Drop-in Sessions to give you the chance to meet the team, have a look at the site and hear more about what it’s like working for NTW Solutions and our Services.

Open Sessions will be held at the Carleton Clinic, in the Café Lounge Area:
- Wednesday 20th November - 4pm till 6pm
- Thursday 21st November - 12noon till 2pm

You will respond to a range of duties and be expected to produce work to a consistently high standard of work across the whole range of Estates Disciplines as required.
We will offer you the opportunity to undertake additional training in order to fulfil the requirements of the post, satisfy new regulations/legislation or to further to develop the duties.

Pay: £24,761 Per Annum/ £12.66 Per Hour

- Experience in the operation, service and repair of some of relevant types of plant and equipment

Education and Qualifications

- NVQ 1, gained in an appropriate engineering, building or construction environment.
