Trosolwg o'r swydd

Due to resignation, an opportunity has arisen for a  part-time B3 Ward  Admin role within the In-Patients admin team based at St Georges Park Hospital, Morpeth.   The post holder will have previous admin experience due to the demands of the role.

Key skills required:

  • Admin or secretarial experience working within a team
  • Experience in a customer/patient focused environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good understanding of the clinical database RIO system (not essential as training will be given)
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Word/Office packages and typing qualification or relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to be self-directed, motivated and be able to contribute positively within a team
  • Well organised and structured
  • Be able to demonstrate flexibility in the role

The post holders will be able to demonstrate the ability to deal with possible exposure to highly distressing or highly emotional circumstances and will be expected to ensure they participate on all relevant training courses appropriate to the role.
