Job overview

We are delighted to be able to offer two exciting opportunities to join the Patient and Carer Involvement Service. We are looking to recruit two Patient and Carer Involvement Facilitators one 30 hour permanent position and a 12 month 37.5 hour secondment, to cover maternity leave.

The principal role of the post will be the facilitation, co-ordination and development of service user and carer involvement and engagement across a given locality. You will work within the locality, inclusive of the Community, Inpatient and Specialist Services, to support and encourage that the voice, views and potential needs of service users and carers are heard and acted upon at a local and Trust level, ensuring the best provision of high quality, safe and effective care.

Main duties of the job
