Full time, permanent role based at Brunel House / Hunter House, The Railings, Woodside Park, Rugby, CV21 2AW

The working pattern for this post is Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated person to join our Adult Mental Health and RISE Children's Services Team.

The post holder will play an important role supporting the Medical Secretaries and Admin Team.  You will require excellent customer services skills as you will be taking telephone calls from Service Users and Parent's/Carers .  You will also provide efficient and comprehensive administrative support to Medical Secretaries, Medics and managers and will work within an integrated and skill mixed admin team across the building to support clinical service delivery. You will also provide cover for the  main receptions located at The Railings

We will require a well organised individual who is able to empathise with our service users and be able to deal with sensitive enquiries in a confidential manner.  Knowledge and experience in customer care as well as previous reception duties would be an advantage. 

Applicants will need to be computer literate in Word, Excel and electronic mail with excellent accuracy in data input.  You must have the ability to multi task, manage and prioritise your own workload and be able to work on both your own initiative and as part of a team. 

We are looking for individuals with a positive approach to change who are supportive of service improvements and able to build effective working relationships, be approachable and accessible with a flexible approach to work.
