We are currently recruiting for the following :
Paediatric Physiotherapy, The Sunflower Centre, Stourbridge, DY8 4HZ
Main duties of the job
You may be expected at times to work at other sites across the Black Country as part of your development across operational and corporate services and may be required to work from home for part of your apprenticeship.
You will demonstrate good customer service skills working on reception; dealing with the public and patients face to face and over the telephone. Part of your working day may also include time in the health records library retrieving files, pulling health records for clinics, archiving and filing.
You may be required to prepare appointment letters from templates, undertake copy typing and input data into the IT systems / patient database.
You will need to demonstrate good keyboard skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office applications. You will be exposed to differing aspects of key roles within a welcoming team and will gain valuable insight into the diverse elements of a busy environment.

- Competent computer user i.e. Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Competent to process basic clerical tasks accurately
- Operate office equipment to photocopy, scan and e-mail with training

Desired qualifications
- GCSE Maths and English A to C or equivalent qualifications
- Plus 2 other GCSE qualifications (or equivalent) at grades A to C
- Lower grades will be considered where previous experience and willingness to learn can be demonstrated through a strong application

Training provided
- To undertake an NVQ Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Framework over 18 months on a fixed term placement.
- Participate in personal development reviews and work to achieve personal objectives/competencies.
- Attend all training and development activities.
- 20% off-the-job training
- On-the-job training provided in the workplace by your workplace mentor.
- Attendance on Corporate Trust Induction and Mandatory Training is compulsory.
