Team Administrator - Oaklands ward
We are looking for someone to join our enthusiastic and dedicated team, someone who is willing to provide administrative support to the whole MDT team. You will be someone who’s strengths include: planning and organisational skills; excellent time management; and someone who is adaptive and able to respond to the needs of the team
Main duties of the job
You will provide a high level of administrative support as well as managing data entry via the trust’s clinical information system and the team’s data recording/reporting processes
Applicants should have excellent communication skills, as well as experience of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, a pleasant telephone manner and a helpful and flexible attitude is essential,
Full training will be given for all in-house IT systems.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
The duties include carrying out administrative tasks such as processing admissions, typing letters and reports, arranging appointments, email management, taking notes a weekly team meetings and ad hoc Professionals Meetings, maintaining databases, data entry, ordering stationery, goods and services, photocopying, scanning and other admin tasks as required
You may also be required to provide some administrative support in other areas during periods of leave.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- NVQ 3 or equivalent qualifications
- Good standard of secondary education; GCSE at Grade C or above or equivalent
Knowledge/Experience
Essential criteria
- Proven experience of a range of administrative procedures
- Experience of producing documents to a high standard of presentation with good accuracy
- Experience of developing, managing and maintaining office information systems
- Experience of working as part of a team
