Trosolwg o'r swydd

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for neurodevelopmental services. You will be involved in the assessments of young people referred to the service for ADHD. 

Conducting ADHD assessments and using observational skills and technical skills that include the use of the QB test. 

This post offers the Trust's £4,000 Incentive for band 5-7 Nurses & Practitioners, as well as a relocation package up to a maximum of £8,000 (subject to terms and conditions).

You will be able to engage with families and young people in the assessment process. Using objectivity to formulate assessment reports. 

Be able to work as part of a team and individually managing your case load. Ensuring accurate and timely recording of assessment information.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Professional Health or Social Care Qualification (ie RMN, OT, NURSE, SOCIAL WORKER)with postgraduate training or experience relevant to child and adolescent mental health or an accredited formal post-qualification training in Mental Health e.g iapt Or Professional Health Qualification ( RGN, Paediatric Nurse, School Health Nurse) with formal postgraduation qualifications in child and adolescent mental health and experience of working in a mental health setting (as student or other), working with children, young people

EXPERIENCE

  • Significant post qualification experience
  • Experience of risk assessment of & research into suicide and self-harm
  • Experience of working with self-harm client group
  • Understanding of Clinical Governance
