Come and join us

We're looking for people who share our values (compassion, accountability and optimism) to help us provide high quality care to the patients, carers, families and local communities we serve. We specialise in providing NHS mental health and learning disability services.

So what can we offer you in return?

Continuous improvement serves as a critical mechanism within this framework, creating the environment and tools for ongoing improvements in performance, efficiency, and outcomes. Transformation, organisational strategy, and continuous improvement are required to be interconnected and mutually reinforcing. Together, these elements will foster a continuous cycle of innovation, adaptation, and financial sustainability, ensuring the Trust remains responsive and capable of delivering the best possible care and support for our patients, staff and partners.
