Job overview

This is a fixed-term post providing an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Clinical Technologist or Radiographer to join our small, but friendly team providing a Bone Densitometry (DXA) service for Bradford and the surrounding districts. Part-time hours may be considered.

Significant experience in DXA scanning is essential for consideration.

The department is currently open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pm and there will be some flexibility as to how the working hours of this post sit within this period.

The department has a brand-new state of the art DXA scanner.

Main duties of the job

The DXA scanner is based in St Luke’s Hospital and currently carries out osteoporosis screening on around 4,000 patients per annum.
