Our Organisation

The NHS is building a culture that is positive, compassionate and inclusive – and we all have our part to play.

As employers we are committed to protecting and promoting the physical and mental health and wellbeing of all our colleagues. This underpins our values as set out in the NHS Constitution and supports us to be an Employer of Choice, while helping our colleagues to deliver high quality services for our patients and communities.

As a flexible employer, we want to support you to work in a way that is best for the NHS, our patients and you. Talk to us about how we might be able to accommodate a flexible working arrangement whether that’s a job share, part time, hybrid working or another flexible pattern. In addition, although the role advertised may have a ‘home’ office base indicated, we remain committed to supporting flexibility around workplace locations. If it works for the service, we will do our best to make it work for you.

Trosolwg o'r swydd

An exciting opportunity has arisen for two motivated and professional individuals to join the Greater Manchester and Eastern Cheshire Strategic Clinical Networks (SCN), as Project Managers

The SCN supports health systems to improve outcomes in local communities by connecting stakeholders across the system to drive improvement.  We are guided by best clinical evidence, and by what makes the best sense for the people of our region.  We deliver quality and service improvements in the following areas: Maternity; Diabetes; Frailty; Cardiac and CVD; End of Life & Palliative Care; Children & Young People, Respiratory and Long Covid.

In 2022 NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care System (ICS) was established which is a partnership of health and care organisations that come together to plan and deliver joined up services to improve the health and wellbeing of people who live and work in GM. The purpose is to improve outcomes in population health and healthcare; tackle inequalities in outcomes, experience, and access; enhance productivity and value for money and support broader social and economic development in their area efficiency. This will be delivered in neighbourhood, place, combinations of places and the wider GM system.

Interviews will be held at our NHSE office (3 Piccadilly Place, Manchester).
