The post holder will support to drive and deliver the portfolio of work for Integration. The purpose of the role is to,
· Drive, lead and manage major and complex change at pace to achieve the outcomes and ambitions of the programme, ensuring involvement and engagement with key stakeholders from across the multiple disciplines of the programme
· Work with the senior leadership to advise, support, challenge and deliver the progamme’s vision
· Provide inspirational and effective change management leadership and support to champion the integration, continuous improvement and change mindset
· Work collaboratively with the senior leadership team and wider NHS partners and stakeholders to design and deliver the objectives of the programme’s integrated plan
The post holder will support and deputise for the Integration Director. The post holder will be responsible for problem-solving and driving the delivery of large scale, complex projects and programmes, leveraging expert skills and experience in change/transformation, continuous improvement and major programmes. A keen understanding of the NHS and other healthcare systems and delivering diverse programmes within the sector is an asset.

Key aspects of this role include,
· Lead and drive systems integration across disparate disciplines such as healthcare (including clinical, workforce, hospital operations, estates and facilities management and digital), commercial, finance, design and delivery
· Advisory role in complex programmes and transformation
· Deploy a wide range of skills and knowledge in transformational change to navigate complexity and build consensus
· Provide leadership for Integration and Transformation through championing effective and robust programme and project management culture working alongside the programme management office.
· Develop and nurture strong, positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure engagement and delivery of change.
· Forward planning with a focus on risk identification and future proofing
· Deputise for the Director as required

Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend, on average, at least 40% of their time working in-person.

Qualifications

- Educated to master’s level or equivalent level of experience of working at a senior level in specialist area
- Professional qualification or equivalent experience of project and programme management techniques and tools such as Prince 2 or Managing Successful Projects
Knowledge

- Experience in organisational leadership and delivering successful transformation programmes
- Experience of working at a senior level in a complex environment, managing multiple transformation projects with a range of stakeholders.
- Experience of leading and delivering large scale transformational change and the ability to convey a compelling and engaging vision of change.
- Proven and significant leadership experience and/or formal management qualification.
- • Experience of leading major change initiatives with entrepreneurialism in a challenging organisational environment

- Highly developed interpersonal, advocacy and communication skills to be able to work effectively with individuals and a range of stakeholders • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.

- Ability to prepare and produce concise yet insightful communications for dissemination to senior stakeholders and a broad range of stakeholders as required
- Demonstrable ability to act upon incomplete information, using experience gained to make inferences and decision making
