Maternity Education Administrator

An opportunity has arisen to join our friendly centralised team of administrators to provide administrative support to the Maternity Education Team, including coordination and booking of mandatory training sessions.
The successful candidate will have good, up to date IT skills and experience of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and other programming skills.
We are looking for a person who is able to work within a team and with experience of working with the general public in a administration role, preferably within a health care environment.
The successful applicants will be able to offer flexibility to meet the needs of the service.

Provide clerical support to the Maternity Education Team
using a wide range of IT systems, To act as first point of contact for internal and external communications to ensure they are directed and dealt with by the most appropriate member of the team.
To support with data collection, report requests for training and education statistics.
