Job overview
Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated Orthopaedic Theatre practitioner. We are looking for an individual to help carry are service forward along with the current staff. We currently have 15 Consultants and run a 24/7 trauma service with elective theatres running alongside these theatres, encompassing elective and trauma, upper, lower limb, and spines. Main duties of the job
The role is demanding, and the right candidate will demonstrate the required professionalism and dedication to manage the combined requirements of the vacancy.
· Work on varied caseload using technology and equipment.
· Develop members of the team and be a role model.
· Engage and support with colleagues at all levels.
· Deliver high quality care and experiences for patients which will be evidence based.
· Promote good practice.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to prioritise and time manage situations which may arise.
· Flexible approach to working pattern.
