The role will focus on continually improving the clinical pharmacy service to Radnor Critical Care Unit, a combined intensive care and high dependency facility offering a mix of twelve level 2 and level 3 beds.  The pharmacist we are looking for will be a strong clinician, organised, hardworking and dedicated with great communication skills and a passion for multidisciplinary team working.  You will need to have a Postgraduate Clinical Diploma (or equivalent experience) and ideally be a current non-medical prescriber or willing to work towards the qualification.
