Job overview
This is a Band 3 Administrator/Secretarial post up to 30 hours over 4 days per week including Thursday and Friday.
The post holder will work in a friendly team of approx. 25 Speech and Language Therapy staff, and will be based in the Admin Office/Reception in the department, to support your colleagues, the Speech and Language Therapists, patients and visitors.

- To be responsible for ordering all departmental office supplies and therapy equipment/resources.
- The post holder will be accountable for their actions and need to work independently using their own initiative, and be able to prioritize appropriately when there are competing demands.
- The post holder will be expected to work as part of the team; this may also include episodes of working as the sole Administrator for the department on some days.
