Key Responsibilities:

            Assist in the management of the service and provide leadership for all clinical services.

            Play a key role in governance of the Hospital, including rolling audits and clinical documentation.

            Actively manage the service budget.

            Act on behalf on the Hospital Director in their absence as requested.

            Participate on the on-call rota

Qualifications and Experience:

            Registered Mental Health Nurse (NMC)

            Experience in working with patients with personality disorders and comorbid conditions is highly desirable.

            Strong leadership skills.

            Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
