The salary scale above has been agreed as part of the NHS Agenda for Change pay award for 2024/2025 and will be implemented in November 2024 backdated to 1st April 2024 where applicable. 

 

Job overview

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support
  • Arranging meetings, preparation of meeting papers and taking minutes of meetings.
  • Sourcing and providing information, including report collation and data analysis in line with local and national reporting mechanisms
  • Utilising a range of IT systems to develop and populate clinics
  • Being the first point of contact for the team

Main duties of the job

This is an excellent opportunity to work within the Health & Wellbeing team at HMP Berwyn. 

We are looking for an experienced administrator.

You will have excellent organisational skills and be qualified at NVQ Level 3 in Administration or have an equivalent level of knowledge and experience.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally  welcome to apply.
