Please be advised that there is a temporary top up for Bands 2 and 3 to reflect the incorporation of the top up to the living wage of £12.60 per hour - £24,638 per annum.

Job overview

We are looking for a Quality, Safety & Performance Support Officer to provide support in the following areas:

 

·         Collation of information and production of reports to feed into Health Board and partnership governance structures.

 

·         Ensure data quality within Offender Health clinical system (SystmOne), proposing solutions where issues are identified and maintaining reporting systems to support the needs of the Team.

 

·         Deliver training in clinical system (SystmOne)

 

·         Developing effective communication processes to ensure that residents of HMP Berwyn and Health and Wellbeing team are informed of Health and Wellbeing service provision and developments.

 

·         Identifying and collating evidence to support inspections and audits of the Health and Wellbeing Service.

 

Provide administrative co-ordination and support to serious incident review meetings.

Main duties of the job

You will be qualified at NVQ L3 in a job related field and be a SystmOne accredited trainer or have significant experience as a SystmOne super user.

We are also looking for someone who has experience of delivering training in IT systems to a wide range of audiences and experience of using and extracting data from clinical information systems.
