We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a Business Intelligence (BI) Business Partner to join our BI team.  This role is integral to the success of the BI Team and has opened up due to ongoing team development, providing an excellent opportunity for growth.

In this role, you'll focus on driving performance improvement across Sirona and serve as the main BI point of contact for service managers.  You'll specialise in understanding service performance to provide managers with precise and insightful data.   Additionally, you'll lead in-depth analyses, using both technical and presentation skills, to offer actionable insights that inform decision-making and recommendations.

You will work closely with operational teams, business analysts, and the data warehouse to ensure data-driven reports are based on accurate and relevant information.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate confidence, excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle changing priorities and demands with resilience.

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

The BI Team ensures the efficient and effective gathering of robust performance management information across the company and assists managers to use this information to inform their practice. The team ensures that all statutory and contractual performance reporting is provided both within the company and for stakeholders including commissioners. This team supports managers in ensuring they understand their performance reports and can use them to improve service performance and service user outcomes.

The provision of management information to Directors and Corporate managers to allow them to monitor budgets and drive strategic objectives is a key function of the service.

  • Support performance improvement across the company and be the key BI point of contact for service managers.  
  • Specialise in understanding service delivery to provide service managers with accurate and informative data.  
  • Lead on deep-dive analyses into issues, utilising technical and presentation skills, to deliver insights to support recommendations and decision making.
  • Ensure reports, presentations and other communications are targeted to meet the needs of relevant audiences. 
  • Lead the way in the standardisation of data collection practices across Sirona BNSSG services. 
  • Champion data quality, empowering teams to make their own improvements, through the use of data quality dashboards.

  • Excellent IT literacy including knowledge of analytical solutions (e.g. Power BI), and advanced Excel skills
  • Hold recognised qualifications within professional area at degree level/ BTEC Advanced Professional diploma/ Graduate Certificate Level/ NVQ4/VQ4/5
  • Full UK driving licence
