An excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the NHS Derby and Derbyshire ICB as Executive Assistant to the Chair and CEO Office Assistant and be a key member of the Chief Executive Team.
The role will provide an efficient, high quality, professional, confidential and comprehensive administrative and secretarial support service to the Chair as well as to the Chief Executive's Office under the direction and line management of the Senior Executive Assistant.
Interviews will be held on 30th May at Derby City Council House.
Main duties of the job
The role comprises three main functions:
Secretary to the Chair
Assistant to the Senior Executive Assistant
The post holder will provide an efficient, high quality, professional, confidential and comprehensive administrative and secretarial support service to the Chair, working without direct supervision under their own initiative;
The post holder will provide an efficient, high quality, professional, confidential and comprehensive administrative and secretarial support service to the Chief Executive's Office under the direction and line management of the Senior Executive Assistant

Education and Experience
Essential criteria
- Educated to NVQ 3 level in a relevant subject or equivalent level of qualification or significant equivalent previous proven experience.
- Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft IT applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Minute Taking experience - committee meeting minutes
- Experience of project management, collating information for analysis and ability to deliver in Powerpoint

- ECDL
