Job overview
This post is fixed term / secondment until 08/03/2026 due to Maternity Cover.

The opportunity has arisen for Registered Nurses to join the team on ward 12 in Ysbyty Glan Clwyd. Ward 12 specialises in Renal.
There are opportunities to achieve competencies in performing Peritoneal Dialysis, and also manage patients that require inpatient heamodialysis. This is a new innovative collaborative way of working to enhance patient experience.
Leadership and a strong teamwork culture is demonstrated on ward 12, and we encourage the development of all staff, we pride ourselves on providing dignified, quality, holistic, safe care that is fostered from creating a collaborative multidisciplinary working environment. Main duties of the job
The post holder is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidenced-based nursing care, working collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families. Assist in the management and organisation of their clinical area and participating in the education, development and supervision of other staff members.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
