Job overview

We are looking for a MSE Estates Store person to join our team.

 

You will be a critical support function for managing all stock associated with the Maintenance department in order provide a technical support service to the Trust across 3 sites, Southend, Basildon and Broomfield Hospitals.

Main duties of the job

If successful, you will undertake all aspects of the Estates Stores function to include but not limited too:

  • Stock Management, including replenishment routines, purchase order generation, receiving and unloading goods, checking and putting away products and handling returns.
  • Stock control utilizing digital facilities management system
  • Maintain MSE Stores goods in a clean, safe and secure condition before issue to Estates staff.
  • Purchasing.
  • NHS Frameworks.
  • Asset Library.
  • Ordering and receipting of goods/equipment.
  • Auditing of stock and financial compliance.
  • Input or record issues from customer store to wards and departments into stock control digital facilities management system.
